From development stage to serial production, Metrox-Plast works with a qualified quality management system.

Since April we have been certified according to:

• ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016 in the area of "Design and manufacture of plastic products" (No. Registration Certificate: 44100 132822, issued by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH)

• PN - EN ISO 14001: 2015 in the area of "Planning, production and distribution of plastic products and tools for their manufacture" (certificate no. Certificate: AC090 104/1162/3687/2016 of TÜV NORD CERT GmbH).

Using state-of-the-art technology, we offer our customers complete technical documentation.

We have:

• 3D scanner Atos Capsule 8M by GOM, which provides a comprehensive analysis of details using the best-fit method

• 3D measuring machine Aberlink Axion for conventional and optical measurements

• Expertise to carry out quality tests for strength, tightness, etc.

 

In all projects our team works according to the following analysis methods: 8D, 5 WHY, FMEA ...
